Terms and Conditions of Award

  1. I understand that by receiving this award, I agree to follow all the guidelines set by SEM Link for the Experimental Design Program
  2. I understand that the supply award is not a monetary award given to students. SEM Link will purchase supplies to conduct the experiment (i.e. materials, lab notebook, display board) up to $50 for each level of competition.
  3. I understand that the supply award is for supplies up to $50 for each level of competition. I understand that I am responsible for purchasing any additional supplies that are needed to complete the project.
  4. I understand by accepting this award, I commit to meeting with my mentor at least once a week after-school. I will also follow directives and complete assignments given to me by my mentor between our meetings. My parent and/or teacher will work with mentor to determine a consistent meeting time and place for working on project.
  5. I understand by accepting this award. I will continue working on my project until the highest level of competition. I will make improvements to my project between each level of competition.
